Gardner Industries’s DSS (Distributor Service Station) division, a leading manufacturer of commercial roofing supplies, needed a robust eCommerce solution to stay competitive and streamline operations. The site needed to provide contractors with the ability to:

  • Place orders for complex combinations of inventory units of measure, with minimum order quantities fully enforced.
  • Generate real-time, accurate shipping quotes and delivery schedules.
  • Track orders and view order history.
  • View account balances and pay open invoices.

Gardner Industries partnered with Nomad to develop a professional, configurable B2B site that was completely integrated with SYSPRO ERP.

Orders are now submitted 24/7 with a click of a button, with accurate shipping rates automatically added in. Thanks to Nomad’s end-to-end integration with the ERP, customer, product, and order information flow seamlessly between the two systems.

This synchronized data also includes pricing, discount information, product descriptions, availability, etc. Any modifications are immediately reflected in both systems.

Additionally, contractors are also able to view the age of their invoices and make online payments easily, with ERP reconciliation occurring automatically.
